I published my book, Beyond Effective-Practices in Self-aware Leadership, in early 2008. It's been available through most book sellers since then, but lately I've been thinking about getting it out more widely.
Along those lines, I am inspired by Seth Godin to offer--free--an e-version (in pdf format) to anyone who'd like to download it. I'm hoping by doing that I can spread the word of self-aware leadership more widely, and without the hindrance of cost or the need to buy the physical or kindle or other electronic editions, which of course, are available : )
